• Valle Vista is a Private Gated Rental Community. Included in the Lease Payment is: Walking Trails, Dog Parks, Safe & Secure Living.
• Possibly, speak with a Valle Vista representative.
• A credit report will be obtained for each adult tenant, but credit score is not the only factor in application approval. A low credit score may not disqualify you from becoming a resident at Valle Vista.
• We are a friendly, pet-friendly community with NO BREED Restrictions.
We do require all dogs to be registered and DNA tested (see video at Pet Policy). DNA testing kits are provided at Lease signing. We are pet-lovers and welcome other pet-lovers and their friendly pets.
• Maximum of 3 vehicles. Do you have additional vehicles? You can utilize our RV & Commercial Parking area.
• Valle Vista offers parking for RV and Commercial Vehicles for an additional fee.
• Leases lengths from 6 months to 3 years. You choose.
• A total of 75 Homes are in the Valle Vista Community.
• In addition to the rental costs, there is a $100 community fee that includes high-speed fiber optic internet and trash services. This fee ensures that our community has access to top-of-the-line internet services and makes it easy for you to dispose of your trash in an environmentally friendly manner.
With high-speed internet, you'll be able to stream movies, work from home, and stay connected with friends and family with ease. Plus, our trash services make it easy for you to dispose of your waste without worrying about finding a local landfill or recycling center. We will be providing landscaping throughout the common areas around the community, and maintenance costs are all covered by this fee.
